Weekly Photo Challenge – Lunchtime

May all the world’s cuisines unite for the Lunchtime photo challenge! My lunch for today is… a dessert. Sometimes, when I am not feeling too hungry, desserts become my lunch. Apart from looking tantalising, today’s dessert has a very adorable sounding name known as Bubur Cha-cha. So let’s feature a picture of my lunch, straight from my phone!!

I believe it’s not hard to make Bubur Cha-cha! It is usually made up of coconut, pandan leaves, gula melaka (coconut sugar) and sweet potatoes (We love the orange ones best). My mum simplifies her cuisine so much that I know she only added these to her dessert the moment I taste them. It’s heavenly, nevertheless. 😀
